The series part is great 👍 they are really nice and professional but the part serves is not good I bought Chevy suburban 2023 from gallery and the third row floor mate is short, it’s for Tahoe but they do want to change because I lost the receipt

Bill the salesman was nice and knowledgeable about the Chevy Bolt EUV that I was going to buy. He seemed very upbeat and enthusiastic the whole time he was working with me.

Bill was fantastic to work with! He kept me up to date on Bolt stock and helped with every part of the process. Great guy and wonderful customer service. Will definitely work with again.

It's nice to work with a dealership who does not pull stunts and listens to the customer. I am a multi-buyer from Galleria and will be back.

I went through 3 different salesmen, but ended up with Bill Milam. he was very good. I think my percentage rate could/should have been lower, but whatever. All in all, not a bad experience. again, Bill was good.

Had a coupon for an oil change, made an appointment and arrived about 5 minutes early for check-in. Drove into service bay, waited 20 min., not one "we'll be right with you" more than one service guy walks by with no acknowledgement. I decide to walk in to very tight service counter area, same non-greeting experience as outside. Not one service guy looked up just to recognize your presence. You have to figure out on your own what the next move is. After another 20 minutes with 0 acknowledgement, I approach the desk, a service guy with a bothered attitude finally engages. He walks outside to take pictures of my car. I decide to wait. 2 hours later same attendant informs me the service is complete. He honors my $29.95 oil change coupon, but does proceed to show me a list of recommended service, about 3K worth, really? I pay for oil-change and drive off. I miss the good ol' days!

Austin has great customer service skills. He answer all questions I had about servicing my truck and provided me with the information I needed. I will continue to come to this dealership for all my truck needs.
