Been a long time loyal customer of Galleria Chevrolet for service for my Chevy vehicles. Service was excellent and the service agents are always friendly, however, this last time I got my first complimentary oil change for a Tahoe and neither the service team or the technician noticed that a few greasy fingerprints were left of the outside of my white vehicle. I had to clean it MYSELF upon getting inside my vehicle after I was given the keys. That left a bad taste, but I hope it was a just one-time occurrence.

I purchased a new 2026 Suburban Premier from Anthony and his Manager John at Galleria Chevrolet and had a great experience. He and John worked with me on a good deal for my trade and purchase of the Suburban and had it gassed up and ready for me by the time I arrived from Houston for the Suburban. They actually were able to beat my pre approved rate from USAA for financing (never happened before). I'd be happy to work with them again in the future for my next GM/Chevy purchase.
