Someone in finance and accounting are clowns. I told Robert I told Eric my loan was paid on January 27th of 2025 but for some odd reason they mailed my check to the lien holder. That will take another 4-6 weeks to get this is ridiculous. I asked them simple things they still screwed this up. Unbelievable!!

Kamari and Galloria Chev are the best, other dealerships would not communicate on the same level as Kamari. Kamari did not give up on me when others did and help me find the truck I was looking for. Other dealerships did not provide the knowledge of this truck like he did and sold me on this. I had committed myself on buying a new but had almost gave up until calling Galloria. Also the finance manager made everything flow smoothly. 👍
Awesome dealership when it cones to pricing. They don't try to hit you with a bunch of add ons. The finance department did a great job preparing and setting up all the paperwork and keeping it simple. The only thing is I was there late and the used that to jam me up on a much higher rate than market even though I have 840 credit. I took it to get the deal done and am refinancing. Other than that the whole process was great and Matt Emami did a great job in sales.

They should improve their maintenance service as it is possible that they do not check the necessary fluids for a vehicle such as antifreeze brake fluid windshield fluid in this snow season that I take and they only change the oil they do not wash it they do not calibrate the tires nothing to come from so far better I go to a qick kar Bad service
After driving to another dealership that didn’t have the car I was looking for, I pulled up Galleria on the web and found that they had the car I wanted. Before traveling to Galleria (coming from out of town) I called them to make sure they had it on the lot. They said that they did, so we headed that way. Once on the way, I researched the vehicle again on the web and thought it was a 8 passenger, two full bench rows, and called them back to cancel my arrival. They assured me that it was the bucket seats with one row… even sent me a video of the car, and told me it’s the one I wanted. I thought that was such great customer service and knew already that my purchase would be a great experience. Once I arrived, the vehicle was ready for a test drive and was at the front door waiting. They immediately took me to the car, and Kamari showed me EVERYTHING this beauty had to offer! He was so detailed and really put me at ease, as I was nervous and scared to death of this big car…haha I drove small cars all my life! The test drive went great and I fell in love with it. Needless to say, I ended up signing the papers and made my purchase. The experience and customer service was phenomenal. Will definitely recommend Galleria Chevrolet to everyone I know. Thank you again, Kamari, for the video, walk through of the car, test drive and giving me comfort in knowing that I would LOVE my new car….cuz I do!
