Ryan kept me informed of progress to completion of work. Bryce insured that my Rewards points were used to pay for the services received. The waiting room was very comfortable and I was able to view the Knockout game between Norway and Spain on a very large screen with free coffee and water. The dealership is less than a mile from my house, Sams and Walmart supercenters so I plan to continue to avail myself of the excellent, professional services at this Chevrolet dealership.

Been a long time loyal customer of Galleria Chevrolet for service for my Chevy vehicles. Service was excellent and the service agents are always friendly, however, this last time I got my first complimentary oil change for a Tahoe and neither the service team or the technician noticed that a few greasy fingerprints were left of the outside of my white vehicle. I had to clean it MYSELF upon getting inside my vehicle after I was given the keys. That left a bad taste, but I hope it was a just one-time occurrence.

I purchased a new 2026 Suburban Premier from Anthony and his Manager John at Galleria Chevrolet and had a great experience. My wife was quite particular on the color and package she wanted so I had to look all over the state and they had the exact match. Anthony reached out to me with info and stayed in touch. He and John worked with me on a good deal for my trade and purchase of the Suburban and had it gassed up and ready for me by the time I arrived from Houston for the Suburban. They actually were able to beat my pre approved rate from USAA for financing (never happened before). I'd be happy to work with them again in the future for my next GM/Chevy purchase.
