I purchased a new 2026 Suburban Premier from Anthony and his Manager John at Galleria Chevrolet and had a great experience. My wife was quite particular on the color and package she wanted so I had to look all over the state and they had the exact match. Anthony reached out to me with info and stayed in touch. He and John worked with me on a good deal for my trade and purchase of the Suburban and had it gassed up and ready for me by the time I arrived from Houston for the Suburban. They actually were able to beat my pre approved rate from USAA for financing (never happened before). I'd be happy to work with them again in the future for my next GM/Chevy purchase.

Staff is very untruthful on background of cars. They seem to believe if a staff member sells car to dealership they do not have to disclose the issues with the car. Be very careful.

Friendly service department. Service rep made sure I understood every part of the service process. She made sure my needs were addressed and taken care of. After check in, she took me to the waiting lounge. Once service was complete, she made sure all was taken care of and that I was satisfied. My only issue was it was 3 hours for a simple oil change.
