The Service staff at Galleria Chevrolet were great. I came in for a recall and the part was on back order. It took some time to get the part in but the staff and my service advisor Brennan were great at keeping me updated and making sure I was ok with my loaner car throughout the process.

My experience at Galleria Chevrolet was by far the worst I’ve ever encountered at any dealership. While I did not purchase my vehicle here, I brought it in for service—and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable and inexcusable.

Tony Kaye (great addition to the team) got my service started until Riston Hodges was available. He walked me to the waiting area (clean and comfortable) and discussed what service my Cruze needed for this visit. He is an excellent advisor and even got some information for me about tire prices. Great customer service! I was able to see Ben Davenport (former advisor) who always checks in to make sure my car is being taken care of. Appreciate him. Great service department at Galleria!
Great customer service by Kamari and Ronni. Ran into some issues with the first car I was interested in, but they were able to work with me to get me into a dependable car.
Someone in finance and accounting are clowns. I told Robert I told Eric my loan was paid on January 27th of 2025 but for some odd reason they mailed my check to the lien holder. That will take another 4-6 weeks to get this is ridiculous. I asked them simple things they still screwed this up. Unbelievable!!

Kamari and Galloria Chev are the best, other dealerships would not communicate on the same level as Kamari. Kamari did not give up on me when others did and help me find the truck I was looking for. Other dealerships did not provide the knowledge of this truck like he did and sold me on this. I had committed myself on buying a new but had almost gave up until calling Galloria. Also the finance manager made everything flow smoothly. 👍
Awesome dealership when it cones to pricing. They don't try to hit you with a bunch of add ons. The finance department did a great job preparing and setting up all the paperwork and keeping it simple. The only thing is I was there late and the used that to jam me up on a much higher rate than market even though I have 840 credit. I took it to get the deal done and am refinancing. Other than that the whole process was great and Matt Emami did a great job in sales.

Our salesman Kamari was exceptional, he was patient and very knowledgeable about the technical details of the vehicle's options, packages and specifications, which was a breath of fresh air, since many salesmen seem to make up information instead of really knowing the specifics of the vehicle they are selling.
