Staff is very untruthful on background of cars. They seem to believe if a staff member sells car to dealership they do not have to disclose the issues with the car. Be very careful.
Friendly service department. Service rep made sure I understood every part of the service process. She made sure my needs were addressed and taken care of. After check in, she took me to the waiting lounge. Once service was complete, she made sure all was taken care of and that I was satisfied. My only issue was it was 3 hours for a simple oil change.
Friendly staff. Non pushy or aggressive salesmen made my experience more relaxed and comfortable. Will return.

Custom service was great I appreciate all of the hard work the guys to help me to get my payment lower thanks so must to my sale guy.
My sales person was great and they made everything very easy. Finance department was very efficient and helped make the buying process simple.
New service system is much improved. I particularly liked the status updates with photos and the car wash.
Great experience! My service advisor Ryan was excellent—professional and helpful. I had a 7:00 a.m. Saturday appointment and arrived early. The gentleman opening the service department kindly let my son and me in and escorted us to the lobby with complimentary coffee, snacks, and a TV. Very welcoming and efficient service. John Diggs is a dishonest and rude manager. The dealership lost my tags and he lied about it. I leased a car from them. When I went to pick up my plates and tags, he initially told me they lost them and that I would have to go to the DMV to request new ones. After I insisted that he look harder, he messaged me on a Wednesday to tell me they found them. The Service staff at Galleria Chevrolet were great. I came in for a recall and the part was on back order. It took some time to get the part in but the staff and my service advisor Brennan were great at keeping me updated and making sure I was ok with my loaner car throughout the process.

He walked me to the waiting area (clean and comfortable) and discussed what service my Cruze needed for this visit. He is an excellent advisor and even got some information for me about tire prices. Great customer service! I was able to see Ben Davenport (former advisor) who always checks in to make sure my car is being taken care of. Appreciate him. Great service department at Galleria!

Kamari and Galloria Chev are the best, other dealerships would not communicate on the same level as Kamari. Kamari did not give up on me when others did and help me find the truck I was looking for. Other dealerships did not provide the knowledge of this truck like he did and sold me on this. I had committed myself on buying a new but had almost gave up until calling Galloria. Awesome dealership when it cones to pricing. They don't try to hit you with a bunch of add ons. The finance department did a great job preparing and setting up all the paperwork and keeping it simple. The only thing is I was there late and the used that to jam me up on a much higher rate than market even though I have 840 credit. I took it to get the deal done and am refinancing. Other than that the whole process was great and Matt Emami did a great job in sales.
