Routine Maintenance for Your Chevrolet

Chevrolet EV Maintenance

We service the electric Chevrolet models we sell, including the Blazer EV, Bolt EV, Equinox EV, and Silverado EV. Electric Chevrolet models skip oil changes and spark plugs, but they still need consistent routine care, as outlined by Chevrolet EV maintenance:

• Tire rotation every 7,500 miles
• Cabin air filter inspection and likely replacement after about two years on the road, or around 22,500 to 24,000 miles
• Brake fluid service around five years in, with the brake system inspected as part of the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection
• Battery and EV cooling system inspected as part of the EV-specific Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection

The EV Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection covers items a gas-vehicle inspection does not: the battery, tires, charge port seal, charge port connector, axle boots, drive unit, EV cooling system, and pedestrian safety signal.

Certain electric propulsion components, including the high-voltage battery, are covered for 8 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, per Chevrolet covered maintenance and warranty terms.
